Many .NET apps use either default RSA or DSS provider. Currently the DSS and enhanced DSS provider are missing, resulting in failure of several .NET apps. Would be nice if wine gets DSS provider too. It's used by ProcessHacker [1], there is discussion about using it in Python psutil [2], and it's the only way to correctly handle PID use in presence of NTP adjustment [3]. There are two ways to obtain the sequence number: - NtQueryInformationProcess with ProcessSequenceNumber, which outputs a single 64-bit value. - NtQueryInformationProcess with ProcessTelemetryIdInformation, which outputs a structure containing it as one of the fields. The first approach is more recent, but looks smaller in scope, easier to implement, and immediately useful, so I'm only requesting it in this bug. Starting with Wine 11.11 and up to the latest release 11.13, Fusion's 3D viewport (child window MW2_0_centralWindow, rendered through DXVK→Vulkan) stays black while the Qt UI still draws. Wine 11.10 is the last version where the canvas renders correctly. Apparently this was just enough to "break the donkey's back". Tested in clean 32 and 64bit prefixes with same result. Tested with Windows version set to 10, 7 and XP. Tested with and w/o vkd3d, dxvk, d3dx9, msxml4, vcrun2005, corefonts. Tested in fullscreen and windowed mode (added -win after argument). Tested with and w/o "Emulate virtual desktop" enabled. Clicking on "Spielen (Game?)" the program starts normally, sound is playing correctly. I can view and edit options, keyboard etc. When choosing "New Game", the program crashes.
