If I run it with WINEDEBUG=+seg,+relay,+snoop, the log ends up being about 1.2GB in size, with the first appearance of seh: about 2/3rds of the way through. I figured a 400MB log file probably wasnt what you were looking for... But I'm not sure why this programm needs sound anyway. So if you disable sound completelly it works fine! Or make sure that you have set audio "Hardware Acceleration" to "Emulation". That also works. Only due to some bugs in winecg you need to select other driver, different HW Acceleration. Apply changes. Turns out that CW will install if: * you have the registry key in comment #1 * you have mfc40.dll * you have mfc42.dll * you have the VB6 runtime A script to automatically download and install CW and its prerequisites is at http://kegel.com/wine/cw.sh.txt Now on to file a bug against CW proper!
