Load the contents of both CDs into one directory. Map this directory as a virtual drive to Windows (or Wine). Install from that "drive." I wasn't running v11.5 like I thought, but rather v11. Upgrading helped a bit-- now the main window shows up (with mad artifacting) and then freezes, complaining about something called GSEmul.dll.
