Try to find the directory where the 32 bit x11 libraries are present do the same steps as you did for freetype. I've written some plug-ins for Moray and the author seems like a nice guy. I'd wager that if you can prove you are a wine developer helping to extend the program to other platforms he would give you a full version like he did for others. Don't tell him I said that though.
