The line shows that the VWin32.VxD service VWIN32_Int21Dispatch, according to [2]. It would be nice to take a look at the dlls/vwin32.vxd/vwin32.c code and make it to dump parameters to be dispatched (at least). Maybe it can be easily extended to make your app going further. There's a free trial version of the authoring tool, perhaps you can try reproducing the bug using that trial?
