Workaround for me: add fixed port to rpc.mountd But I suggest to "harden" wine against wrong "cups port answers". rpc.mountd listen on port 631 should not result in a permanent denial of start. This problem might be hard to be found remotely on a beginners system. The commit that broke wine was done between 23:45 and 23:59 (i'm not sure wether UTC or my timezone, UTC+2). I don't need to track it down to the last second because this is the only commit in that interval (made by julliard). The patch that caused this regression is attached.
