I can't see any hint of the original complaint. Unfortunately, running camtest.exe seems to have wininet problems, as it then bombs out after updating one file, and running camelot.exe bombs out complaining that many key files are missing or corrupted. I doubt many files are missing, as all two gigabytes seem to have been installed. Let's focus on the apparant wininet problem with camtest.exe...
