Ok, there are two versions of cspy. Both versions have the same problem.
The download links are listed in the metabug, bug 239.

It's probably looking for something like
IE6 to be installed on your computer before
allowing the installer to run.
You could try running http://kegel.com/wine/fakeie.sh.txt
to fake that out, but it could also be looking for
a bunch of other things. It'll take some digging
in the +msi log (and probably a few other flags) to tell.

That app is no longer downloadable... can you find
another with the symptom, or do you still have the download?

That "can't copy foo.exe" sometimes means you
have a copy of foo.exe running still... look
at the output of ps to be sure.

Installers are in pretty good shape these days, but
a few biggies still don't work, e.g. Photoshop and
Dreamweaver. Let's close this once those two install ok.

uname -a says:
FreeBSD laptop.local 6.1-RELEASE FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE #0: Sun May 7 04:32:43 UTC
2006 root@opus.cse.buffalo.edu:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC i386
I originally installed Wine as a package, but have since been updateing it from
the port, using 'portupgrade -R wine'
my current list of installed packages/ports is in the
http:/www.morgad.no-ip.info/wine/ directory
best regards
