To summarize - GTA fails to install in Managed mode, since it blocks waiting for user input on two invisible message boxes - they are not displayed or shown in the window list. In non-managed mode the boxes appear. Previously the text was invisible for the "mystery boxes". As of right now I can see the text just fine [ in non-managed mode ].
