I filed this at https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/ia32-libs/+bug/33298 , and the question was raised "Does the x86_64 kernel have such an interface? Is SYS_rt_sigaction the alternative?" ... and I honestly don't know enough about the kernel to say yes or know? Wine has those fonts but for some reason they are not visible system wide. That's why I asked you to copy fonts that came with Wine (lots of *fon and marlet.ttf) to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/fonts. I just realized,that it takes 100% CPU time until I stopped it.
