When tested on a WinXP machine these menu items launch a browswer and even with Firefox installed in my .wine directory a browswer does not launch. Follow the howto on http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?versionId=3254 to get Google Earth installed properly (and usable). 2. Run it by WINEDLLOVERRIDES="usp10=n" wine "c:\Program Files\Google\Google Earth\GoogleEarth.exe" 3. Now type "New York" in the "Fly to" field and hit enter. That works. 4. Now type "Tokio,Japan" in the "Fly to " field and hit enter. Google Earth now pops up a message box saying it encoutered a problem, and the program closes. This seems to be a regression as i remember it to work in wine-0.9.5. It seems to be some kind of problem with exception handling in msvcrt. It works fine with native msvcrt.
