If necessary, I can probably try to reproduce this again. Upon attempting to start ANY game, I get the same page fault error. Originally I was using 0.9.36, but built/installed 0.9.46 to no avail. I see the "Launching $GAME..." window and fault. I've used the PPD that is shipped with the new cups-pdf. It sets a clipping rect to print on such a small rectangle.
