Yes that's it. The official website is this: http://www.goldmine.com/micro.aspx?id=4398 Not sure, haven't used the free trial. In both bug reports, I said the application was GoldMine 6.7. I attached a log file in the original post. I tried your tip (vitaliy(a)kievinfo.com) about gecko and there was no change.
