I tested it on Wine version 0.9.45, and it worked just fine. After restarting Steam (not automatically, but manually) it did complain something about some other program using the registry and it failed. However that doesn't seems to be a problem for OPAS. What was a problem was that the functions were of type FUNC_PUREVIRTUAL instead of FUNC_DISPATCH. This patch fixes it however I haven't yet checked if it's 100% correctly.
