So, what am i supose to do ?
I must copy the files from the dvd on my hard drive (as shown in the
attachment), add the file "CoD2SP_s.exe", and launch "wine setup.exe" from this
place to install cod2 ?

Wine 0.9.37 seems to have fixed the remaining issues with eMule's web interface.
Localhost sessions serve all images for me now, although I did have to enable
JavaScript in one of my test browsers which normally has JavaScript disabled,
because otherwise it behaves as I described above. This makes me wonder if the
same localhost-specific issue also exists on native Windows installations of
eMule when JavaScript is disabled in the user's web browser.
Another user on the eMule forums also reports not experiencing this bug with
Wine 0.9.37.
So unless someone out there is still having the localhost problem, I believe
this bug can finally be marked resolved/fixed. :)

The patch introduces a lot of code duplication, this needs more work, probably
by separating common code paths into a common function.
