Neither of you have actually described a problem. Likewise you need to prove it is not caused by a configuration of your computer or distro. Lastly, for anything like this to really be looked at, we would need profiling information to see what's sucking up CPU time. Having 100% CPU itself is not indicative of a problem. I use the native msvcrt.dll when this log was taken. First you hear the background music for the publisher/creator logos movie, then the music from the intro movie and then the main menu background music. The game responses on pressing the escape key during the intro movies, it skips and moves on. This bug applies to the full Syberia game as well to the Demo.
