I did "Check for updates" from the menu, and got the same error. Am running Freespire Linux Alpha .88 and do have connection with Opera and Firefox. i hope i got this posted correctly. I tried to pass some extra commandline arguments as wel, but didn't make any difference, and there's no mention that the app needs commandline arguments.
