I don't think that I can manage these regression tests today, I hope I'll find
the time next weekend.

trace of install failure
I can confirm that jre-1_5_0_11-windows-i586-p-s.exe will not install. I am
running wine-0.9.35 or 0.9.36 rpm from fedora core 5. On running, it modifies
the registry, throws in a large number of files, removes the tmp files, but
never manages to become useful. I feel it is quite close. Rerunning the
installer just builds up crud in the registry, requiring handpicking out with
regedit.
A second run of the install gives you the 'modify' or 'remove' options. Modify
tries a complete reinstall (trace attached), remove fails. The trace has some
long lectures. Any test of java fails.

I did retest it several times with current GIT (as well as older versions). And
the problem still there. The place to test is simple - exit Sidirovich and start
going upstairs.
The interesting thing is - using -nodistort switch fixes this.

Example of exiting with 60s wait
This is debug log describing exit with 60s wait and raising unhandled
exception.
When you start game and load the game from main menu, then exit the loaded
game, Wine emits warning and waits 60s, then crashes with unhandled exception.
If you need more precise debug log, please give me a hint what option to set on
in WINEDEBUG.

I've verified the current patch fixes StarCraft as well -- so it looks like it
fixes more than just some GFA-BASIC weirdness.
Re comment #37: That would be nice, but (details see comment #36) the rect
being passed to is_window_managed is not identical to the one being passed to
fullscreen_state_changed (-1 flipping to 1).
Until it's clear why it's flipping (could be something as simple as
is_window_managed checking the window+border and fullscreen_state_changed
checking just the window -- I didn't dig deep enough into the code to spot
that), the attached patch is probably the best thing to do.

Are you sure that the DEMO of a game which comes as a TORRENT download uses a
StarForce protection? I thought that StarForce protection was for checking for
original CD and this demo does not use any CD... Is it really StarForce or is
XtreamLok something else?
