You can use this to override the 3dsetup program:
wine Porsche.exe driver=dx7z
However, I get a crash soon after that on Wine 0.9.39 and Porsche Unleashed
Enhanced ver. 20040310 (unofficial WinXP compat patch, but crash is identical in
both WinXP and Win98 winecfg modes). I'll try to attach the trace soon.

Please enable coredumps (ulimit -c unlimited) and get a backtrace of the crash.

OK, this is weird... I tried running Wine+WinSCP on my other Linux machine, and
it works almost flawlessly (the crash when closing the program). I don't have
any idea what causes it to hang on this computer/installation, but the only
difference I think worth mentioning is that bugger-machine has ReiserFS and my
laptop has ext3 filesystem. Both are running Ubuntu 7.04 with recent updates.

The graphical glitch appears to be fixed in a 640*480 virtual desktop. No idea
how to prevent the crash, though.

Status: NEW
Severity: normal

Component: wine-binary
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org

Thinkpad T60p, Debian etch AMD64
cxoffice-pro cxoffice-6.1.0NetJapan and
Wine 0.9.34 backported from unstable:
After installation of Office 2003, which works smoothly in crossover,
and with some troubles in wine 0.9.34, I get the following error message
with both Wine versions when trying to access Visual Basic:
Fehler bei Zugriff auf die Datei. Die Netzwerkverbindung
wurde möglicherweise getrennt.
which is apparently:
Error Accessing File. Network connection may be lost.
and the Visual Basic code is not available.
I would like to get that working.
Any hints how I could help would be appreciated.
I'll attach some lines from the WINEDEBUG=+relay before the first such
error message.
