It doesn't look like a comctl32 problem but the OpenGL child window problem -
the app loads opengl32.dll and glu32.dll. I don't know how to check it for sure
but I think it's probably enough to change the component.

Yes, it's fixed for THPS3.
GTA3 still looks kind of weird, though, but a lot better than before.

This bug should be over now. P8 works fine in lots of games both 2d and 3d
(ddraw to d3d9).
