I looked, and you don't have a test case for http:// urls, it seems. The app tries to fetch a remote page, and InternetCrackUrl is called by urlmon, but not in a way that even preserves the hostname; it clearly only is thinking about file urls, and that's all you test at the moment. I've changed the summary slightly to reflect the new status. I'm attaching a busted patch to add an http test case for that function.
