When either character/perspective moves, large dark terrain sections appear
looking like a "negative" version of the background. This can be tested both in
demo and retail versions of the game.

graphical glitch after portal opens
When the first portal opens the game becomes unplayable. See attachments for a
picture after the graphic-crash (hope this will work). Everything works fine
and looks great before the portal opens, then everything glitches.
The game is still running after that (i can hear foodsteps or load a savegame),
but playing is impossible.
I am running Gentoo, Xorg 7.2 with current ati-drivers.

Component: wine-kernel

This bug affects two Paradox games that I play : Victoria and Hearts Of Iron 2
in their various patches and addons.
The bug is simple, the game loading screen shows save games not ordered, when
they should be ordered by file creation date.
Attached is a screenshot to illustrate.
I can't test things with 0.9.51 since both games crash for me on startup for
any version > 0.9.48
For the component I just guessed.

The "Open file" dialogs of any No$gba builds over version 2.4b do not allow the
user to resize the file dialog in Wine. (This feature was added in 2.4c, and
works in Windows)
When opening the Open file dialog, the user receives this fixme:
fixme:commdlg:GetFileName95 Flags 0x00800000 not yet implemented
Which tells that OFN_ENABLESIZING isn't implemented.

Summary: Fallout 2: xcursor remains on the screen
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.20
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: l.jirkovsky(a)gmail.com
When I run Fallout 2 the cursor from X (ie the cursor I'm using in my WM)
remains on the screen. This cursor seems to be only part of "screen image"
because it doesn't move and it doesn't affect game cursor in any way.
System is Arch Linux (X server 1.6.1, graphics drivers are nvidia 185.18.04).
I've tried git-bisect because I knew that it worked with 1.1.19. I've not been
able to track it even when I've used 1.1.18 as good.
This makes me think that the problem is somewhere in communication with new
xserver (I've used Xorg server 1.5.3). Unfortunately I don't know if the
problem is in wine or in xserver.

Summary: ssl under linux does not work

We are using meeting maker installation. Client is version 8.6.2 for windows.
When using protocol TCP the server is discovered and sign in works properly.
When using protocol ssl the server is discovered but when trying to sign in we
get the following error message :
Could not sign in bc the server spl was not found.
We run into this problem under Ubuntu 7.10 32 bit (no firewall) and Fedora Core
7 64 bit. The ubuntu machine was a dual boot machine. When running the same
meeting maker client in Windows XP, both tcp and ssl worked.
In my understanding, the server discovery uses the udb port while the ssl
connection uses the ssl port.
