JRE 1.6.0_11-b03 is bundled with the app and simply dropped into the application folder; it is not installed as part of the process. Tried again with 1.6.0_13 by dropping it in the relevant folder, but the problem is the same. After some events the rectangles get more/less. Difficult to explain...
