Summary: Toolbar flicker (TB_HIDEBUTTON always redraws)

Patch to avoid redraw on TB_HIDEBUTTON and state is unchanged
A minor annoyance I found when using the Memory-Map OS navigator program is
that the main toolbar continuously redraws when moving the mouse around a MDI
client. This behaviour is not present when running under Windows, but has been
present since pre V1.0 of WINE.
A Spy++ message trace shows that the application is sending a TB_HIDEBUTTON
message on a mouse move with fShow==TRUE. On WINE this is immediately followed
by a redraw (WM_ERASEBKGND, etc.) but under native Windows this redraw isn't
being requested. Looking at the WINE code for comctl32.dll it seems that in the
TOOLBAR_HideButton function an InvalidateRect() is always been called.
I guess that Windows itself optimises this to avoid repainting when a
visibility state of the button is already set to that requested with
TB_HIDEBUTTON. Doing the same under WINE (patch attached) fixes the flicker.

console output of wine while bug occurs
Keyboard and mouse input doesn't work concerning interaction with the ingame
world (for things like chatting and moving around).
Everything apart from that works, though - all the UI elements respond just
fine.
Keyboard input in text windows (like when adding a friend to the friendlist)
works, too.
Also ingame objects (NPCs, other players etc) light up when hovered over, which
could mean that the WoW client doesn't recognize mouse clicks or keyboard key
presses in the (3D-accelerated?)gameing area.
Other things I've tried:
-fiddling arround with winecfg (tried all the window configuration settings;
set Windows Version to Vista and 2000)
-Ubuntu-supplied wine version 1.0.1 (1.1.14 is from the WineHQ repo)
-different version of the nvidia driver: 177.28 (ubuntu provided)
-mousepad, different mouse
-windowed mode or starting with wine explorer.exe /desktop=1024x786
-starting WoW from a desktop link (not from console)
My System:
Acer Aspire 7530G Laptop
Ubuntu 8.10 - Kernel 2.6.27-11-generic
Nvidia 9400M - driver version: 180

Hi, a user reported this regression in appdb, and i can confirm that
VDownloader no longer works.
First at start of the program a messagebox appears with "Invalid float
operation"
that's bug 1 , but not fatal.
Second bug is when you paste a link in the url-field like for example
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hA0WjUTR2c&feature=related
the application crashes. This worked all fine some wine-versions ago (i forgot
what version)
Btw, there's a third mshtml-bug while closing the app (OLE-error) but that bug
was already present in previous wine-versions

patch to output mismatching assembly manifest version numbers
If you got the wrong version of 'vc redistributable', you get no clue what
might be the right one:
fixme:actctx:parse_assembly_elem wrong version for assembly manifest
fixme:actctx:parse_manifest_buffer failed to parse manifest L"C:\\Program
Files\\foo\\Microsoft.VC80.CRT\\Microsoft.VC80.CRT.manifest"
fixme:actctx:parse_depend_manifests Could not find dependent assembly
L"Microsoft.VC80.CRT"
err:module:import_dll Library MSVCR90.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Program
Files\\foo\\bar.exe") not found
The attached patch changes this to something like that:
fixme:actctx:parse_assembly_elem wrong version for assembly manifest: expected
'8.0.50727.762', got '8.0.50608.0'
fixme:actctx:parse_manifest_buffer failed to parse manifest L"C:\\Program
Files\\foo\\Microsoft.VC80.CRT\\Microsoft.VC80.CRT.manifest"
fixme:actctx:parse_depend_manifests Could not find dependent assembly
L"Microsoft.VC80.CRT"
err:module:import_dll Library MSVCR90.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Program
Files\\foo\\bar.exe") not found
So you can happily try, try again with the right version.
