The reply to qOffsets is based on gdbctx->wine_segs (that reply has the form: Text=[...];Data=[...];Bss=[...]). 1) As far as I can see gdbctx->wine_segs is never properly set, so the reply seems to be (basically) random. 2) If the above is correct, the code needs a patch. This may be tested with country specific (Polish) RAR.EXE executables found in WinRar. Instead of native characters I see garbage. If it is not possible to detect charset for non-gui output, there could be a registry key for default charset. Windows has option to select default charset for non-unicode programs in Regional Settings, so I think this can be used. (An existing 64-bit process may need to also be running.)
