In the game Zuma's Revenge some of the sounds do not work correctly.
It DID work properly up to 1.2rc7 , now game music works fine and some of the
audio fx too but then there are some particular audio fx that are not played.
It is always the same sounds that do not work (e.g. the sound of the balls
rolling, ray powerup, etc).
Using ALSA output (using other outputs did't work for me).
Running Ubuntu 10.04 with all updates up to 10/07/2010. Sound card Realtek

I can confirm this for 1.2-RC7. As I recall correctly I have only one crash but
I might be wrong (tendency to zero crashes). The only message I got is this:
-------------------
err:alsa:wine_snd_pcm_recover underrun occurred
-------------------
But I got a similar message with native Linux apps.

Summary: Starcraft 2 Beta Patch 16 does not display startup
screen, hangs
Product: Wine
Version: unspecified
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: directx-d3dx9

Created an attachment (id=29451)
--> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=29451)
Output of "wine Starcraft2.exe"
I applied the patches listed in
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=19376
to the latest git tree.
I tried with the old Patch 15 starcraft and that successfully made it to the
load screen (and back when play was allowed with the old patch it would play
successfully)
The new starcraft fails to display anything except the mouse cursor and does
not make it to the loading screen
It always seems to hang with the last message on the attachment, complaining
that fixme:d3d:IWineD3DBaseSwapChainImpl_GetRasterStatus iface 0x1e1638,
raster_status 0x43ae8d4 stub!
but that may just be the sequence of calls before the bad call.
