There are no more problems with Mercury.dll. So the "original" problem seems to
be solved,
However you can't watch the movie.

I'm using pretty old version of ABBY LINGVO 6.0 and it has "Lingvo Sans Serif"

is broken. See attachments. Something wrong with this font only.

But this bug since 1.2.rc6. 1.2.rc5 (and earlier) works fine.

Summary: All Steam installations fail
Product: Wine
Version: 1.2-rc5
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: phil.bordelon(a)gmail.com
As of either the client update or the move to -rc2 (I've tried it in every -rc
from 2 until now), I cannot get installation of any purchased game on Steam to
work.
Any attempt to install an application prints these errors on the console:
err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {9a5ea990-3034-4d6f-9128-01f3c61022bc} not
registered
err:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {9a5ea990-3034-4d6f-9128-01f3c61022bc}
could be created for context 0x1
and then Steam exits with error code 1.
I duplicated this trivially by moving my .wine directory away, installing a
fresh instance of Steam, and attempting to install any already-purchased game.
It immediately generated the same error.
Of course, this used to work at some point (considering Steam's Gold status at
the moment).

Summary: Xfire crashes with latest version (1.104)
Product: Wine
Version: unspecified
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: nwarrenfl(a)gmail.com
Xfire was running fine, but since version 1.104 it doesn't work anymore!
The Wine output shows no error or important message, so it is not really
relevant. But Xfire shows a window to send a bug report, and it seems to be
this error: C0000005. This is an access violation error.
As i would like to see this fixed, you can ask me to make other logs with other
Wine debug channels and i hope devs will find a solution! :D
I've attached the Wine output and the Xfire log.

Summary: GL_INVALID_FRAMEBUFFER_OPERATION & GL_INVALID_VALUE
errors with Paradise Quest
Product: Wine
Version: 1.2-rc6

Severity: trivial

ReportedBy: markk(a)clara.co.uk
This bug applies to Paradise Quest, a game developed by I-play. A time-limited
trial version can be downloaded from
http://www.egames.com/game/download/paradise+quest.html
There are some d3d-related error messages in the console output, which
sometimes/often appear when you collect a Habitat Fragment. I didn't notice any
graphical errors in the game output however.
To reproduce, download and install the game. After installing you'll need to do
"winetricks ie6" in order for the trial front-end to work. Run the game and
play until you have collected some Habitat Fragments. I tested with Wine
1.2rc6, Xubuntu 9.10, Nvidia driver 256.35.
This console output appears on collecting a Habitat Fragment:
