At this point there is a next button to press but nothing happens. Looking at the console output it looks like the installer is trying to load a dll and its failing. The installer is only accessible from a running VMWare ESXi server. I then installed SP2 from the MS download site, which completed "successfully", ending in an error (known bug/limitation, see http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18376) I start Word, get the first-time activation window and select activate by phone (as internet activation will not work anymore for my key).
