Expected behaviour: TagScanner's window should be raised. Additional info: 1) KDE Plasma 5.13.5 2) As a workaround one can click RMB on TagScanner's entry and choose minimize, so the window isn't minimized but raised -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
