Heh, I already have those three pages up, but as I said, the problem is that at
the current point I am at in the Bisect, the files the diff needs to patch don't
actually exist (well, one of them doesn't) making that slightly difficult.

0.9.16 still didn't fix the problem, bug replied in Warcraft 3.
But I have another problem: oss doesn't work at all for me, when wc3 starts it
tells me that it's unable to initialize the audio device, so I must use the jack
driver! I really don't know why this problem with oss only happens to me!
I think the problem is here:
err:wave:wodDsCreate DirectSound flag not set
Do you know how can I fix it?

Please send the patch to wine-patches. Thanks.

Ok, It's going to be impossible for me to do regression testing on this as Wine
from GIT doesn't compile without the very latest patch that removes the use of
strlenW, strcmpW and strcpyW functions. I'd apply the diffs and carry on trying
to use the bisect function of GIT but I can't as one of the files that needs to
be patched doesn't even exist at the current point I'm at in the bisection (I
can only assume it's implemented somewhere else). There may be other ways around
it, but as I said, I've never used GIT before so I'm flying blind.
Sumary: I can't use any version of WINE other than the very latest due to the
strlenW, strcmpW and strcpyW functions bug which prevents it from compiling so I
can't work backwards to check previous builds without patches as then it wont build.

Just discovered this error during make time of Wine 0.9.16 on Ubuntu 6.06.
Guess it is the problem when some Chinese text displayed with system fonts are
shown with ||||. Seriously looking forward to a solution.

Darn, it seems like there hasn't been any improvement even with the new
DirectDraw over WineD3D stuff in 0.9.16. Perhaps the problem is the obvious
one, with the Impossible/Strange struct size error.
Try downloading the demo http://www.gamershell.com/download_7840.shtml and
starting a game (click play ardennes, then one of the medals, then play). Click
start on the two dialog boxes, and hit ctrl-+ to increase the speed. The game
should be able to go through about an hour of gametime (in the upper right) in a
second or even less - on my computer, it's taking about 6.

Hmm, I've not done regression testing before and due to the fact that I can only
get Wine to compile from an ebuild, not manually may be a problem (I'm on 64bit
and even directing it to the 32bit binaries and everything still causes it to
fail compiling). How exactly do I go about compiling it without individual
patches to see which one it was?

Changing the bug summary, as other programs show the same problem. Example: VB6
