make GetEnvironmentStringsW match windows behaviour
0009:Call kernel32.GetEnvironmentStringsW() ret=0077952f
0009:Ret kernel32.GetEnvironmentStringsW() retval=00220000 ret=0077952f
...
0009:Call kernel32.FreeEnvironmentStringsA(00220000) ret=007795e6
looks like the programmer got things mixed up a bit :p. As wine handles the A/W
variants of that function different things explode ;). But obviously it works
on windows so this patch makes it work on wine too.

With the hack applied to the latest git I've been able to play through some
campaign missions and skirmishes, but the game still seems to crash seemingly
randomly with the following page fault after 15-30 minutes of play or so.
People have complained about similar random crashes while playing in Windows
though, so it might be a bug in the game itself. Still, here's the info I got
from winedbg:
First chance exception: page fault on read access to 0x00000414 in 32-bit code
(0x7eb0a9a9).

That's interesting - an optional parameter that appears before a required argument. It should be easy to
extend the test suite for this.

Dear Dmitry Timoshkov,
Wine 0.9.34 works like a charm!! And is it me, or is Wine/Word97 suddenly al ot
faster?
I took the liberty of closing this bug since it is resolved (or am I the only
one that even is allowed tot do so since I submitted the bub?).
