With wine 0.9.37, progress bars seem to work (although the text background is
white instead of transparent). It doesn't crash any more.

In wine 0.9.37, the progress bars seem to work, they're drawn wrong (text
background is white instead of transparent) but it doesn't crash.

In wine 0.9.37, with DC++, the progress bar is drawn incorrectly (text
background should be transparent but it's white) but it no longer crashes.

Trying to create a skirmish account within game menu, game registers no key
presses (entering into dialog). This will probably affect every dialog input in
the game.

In 0.9.37 there is important Wine trace message on game start:
'fixme:d3d:IWineD3DDeviceImpl_CreateAdditionalSwapChain The app requests more
than one back buffer, this can't be supported properly. Please configure the
application to use double buffering(=1 back buffer) if possible.'
And during the actual game there are lots of
'fixme:d3d_draw:depth_copy Not supported with fixed up depth stencil'.
I've tried using fbo, backbuffer and pbuffer outputs. Only fbo and backbuffer
goes to menu.
I cannot find the way to configure LOTR for Double Buffering.
