This allows FullTilt to start fine now (1st time) , unless you run into crash in wininet (see other full tilt bug report from appdb). However, for a number of pokerclients to work properly later on , this still needs to be implemeted properly. It's not ideal as the second popup appears underneath the first one, but it can be dragged with the mouse to where it's visible. Also, the second popup is decorated as a normal window, which is not the case on Windows, I think. (But it turns out to be a good thing in this case because that's what makes the popup draggable.)
