Yes I get the same as haarp with native dinput.dll.
I've tried that with all combinations of the game in fullscreen and windowed
mode, and Wine virtual desktop on and off.

Native dinput.dll makes the game cursor not move at all. Instead, I get the
default Win cursor, but I can't click on anything.

Was able to reproduce you're stuttering bug emkay, is present in 0.9.35 with
post-release SVN commits, not present in 0.9.35 release. Will do some regression
testing when I have time over the next week.

Yup.
Also, decreasing wineserver's priority seems to also lessen the duration of the
freeze by giving ETQW more CPU time.

freezes for a while to work on the queue.
I couldn't find any major bugs other than this, so I believe that by fixing
this, I could give this a Gold/Platinum rating
