The hack only worked for UT2004 for me. Swat 4 locks the mouse to the center of the window at all times. The attached patch should apply against the latest GIT appropriately and handle the replace functionality. This patch also addresses a concern in the last patch that was expressed by Dan Kegel on wine-devel, though it does not change the functionality to using a series of renames.
