Dan is right, BiDi cannot be developed without developers who speak either Hebrew or Arabic. So we need to help and encourage them to contribute. Coincidentally, just a few hours before coming across this bug I contacted Shahar with a donation (I donate regularly to FOSS coders and projects). Moreover, I found the specific bug about Office (Word Viewer) and commented there, providing a link to the youtube video you linked to, and also there no developer commented. I think that the Wine project abounded the users which use BiDi.
