This solution works for me, in Quick Race and Career in inicial races. To run inicial history's career I use no sound. Not works Challenge Series with sound. If you choose the option to activate it, a pop-up will display which is supposed to show all the options for activating your copy of the program. Unfortunately, when it loads up all that is inside of it is a blank screen with two bullets on the top and a line under it. The console spit out a few fixmes related to shdocvw and mshtml mainly (which I will attach as well as a screenshot). I tried using dll overrides for shdocvw, shwapi and mshtml but all it did was silence the errors and keep the registration window from even popping up... I'm not sure the URL is even good to download 3DS Max 7 at anymore, so I'll keep looking if I have to.
