fallout 1.2 - statistic from WINEDEBUG=+dibdrv
In game/battle i have one frame per 5 sec.
In interface i have one frame per 2-3 sec.
Also i forgot say that i have curent 1.3.7.
11045 trace:dibdrv:DIBDRV_SetDeviceClipping physDev:0xXXXX, vis_rgn:0xXXXX,
clip_rgn:(nil)
- potentialy can be ignored - intro is displayed with black frame.
1288 trace:dibdrv:DIBDRV_SetDIBits physDev:0xXXXX, hbitmap:0xXXXX, startscan:0,
lines:480, bits:0xXXXX, bmi:0xXXXX, coloruse:0
1288 trace:dibdrv:DIBDRV_BitBlt physDevDst:0xXXXX(DDB), xDst:0, yDst:0,
width:640, height:480, physDevSrc:0xXXXX(DIB-DIBFMT_DIB8), xSrc:0, ySrc:0,
rop:00cc0020
- allways in that seqence (one after another) and starts when cursor display.
Also tested 15 and 16 bpp and got:
err:xrender:get_xrender_format_from_color_shifts No XRender format found! x 100
and mysterious x-error that end application.
Also starting x-server in 8bpp slows down fallout and many pallete glithes
ocurs.
Don't tested starting fake xserver with xinit with 8bit. With 16bpp crash like
normal 16bpp.
I get out of ideas.
Thx for reading :D

Summary: XMLSpy text editor crashes
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.34
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: soprano(a)chello.at
With Wine 1.1.34 and 1.1.35 opening XMLSpy's text (xml) editor crashes the
whole application. This was tested with both XMLSpy 2005 and 2010 versions,
therefore I guess it happens in all XMLSpy.
Reinstalling Wine 1.1.32 makes XMLSpy work correctly again.

Summary: Dawn of War: graphics configuration fails to start
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.42
Platform: x86-64
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: pzs(a)dcs.gla.ac.uk
I have installed Dawn of War and patched to 1.51. When I start I get a Windows
dialog saying "System Initialization Failed! Errors: Could not find required
data. Make sure you are running this utility from your Dawn of War directory."
I then get a Graphics Configuration dialog where only the Cancel button is
available.
This happens whether I run it from the installed directory
($HOME/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/THQ/Dawn Of War) or the CD directory
(/media/DoW/). I've also tried using the --workdir switch, which seems to make
no difference.
