Indeed, and webbuilder goes a bit further but then it crashes, although it does
it with a cmpl (not a movl) so it might not be the same bug:
Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0x00003714 in 32-bit code
(0x004b4bc0).
Backtrace:

2 0x0044e200 in webbuilder (+0x4e1ff) (0x0066cfe0)
0x004b4bc0: cmpl %edi,0x3714(%ebx)
Let me know if I can do something more about this bug.

Sounds like you have the wrong mfc. Can you clean your .wine directory
(i.e. mv .wine .wine-old), do 'winetricks mfc42', install webbuilder again,
and see if that works any better?

Using 1.2rc2, I tried webbuilder5 and SAMSUNG PC Studio PIMS/File Manager and
maybe this bug …
[View More]is fixed since there is no fixme msg for ntdll as for
PhotoStitch (which I could not download).
Webbuilder shows a popup error "The ordinal 6571 could not be located in the
DLL MFC42.DLL." and then exits smoothly.
PIMS crashes with:
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000020 at address 0x1000621d
(thread 0009), starting debugger...
Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0x00000020 in 32-bit code
