If RenderTargetLockMode=disabled, instead of the recommended readtex, then this
problem doesn't happen, but you won't be able to see any dialogs. (Wine 1.3.0)

Hello,
--- quote ---
This is the installation process of C# 2008 Express Edition in a clean wine
prefix.
Installation process do not accomplish properly.
--- quote ---
Please don't clutter the bug with unrelated issues.
This bug is specifically for Visual Studio .NET 2002 and 2003.
For other Visual Studio versions visit appdb and follow HOWTOs.
You obviously didn't do that - there are required prerequisites _before_
running installer.
Correcting some fields.
Regards

Summary: Search path should include base directory of the
installer started
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.30
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: rainer.kaluscha(a)web.de
I tried to install the app "DasTelefonbuch Gelbe Seiten Map & Route". The DVD
contains an autorun.inf file which points to start.exe in its root directory
(mounted on /dvd).
If I run start.exe from konqueror or with absolute path (wine /dvd/start.exe)
it fails to find its fellow programs (wine: cannot find
L"C:\\windows\\system32\\setup.exe"). However, if I do a "cd /dvd; wine
start.exe" everything is fine.
So it might be a good idea to include the `dirname` part in the search path of
wine.

Summary: ATI fglrx driver cause black stripes to appear in
applications
Product: Wine
Version: 1.3.1
Platform: x86-64
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: bareil76(a)gmail.com
I had a FGLRX issue with my ATI video card and it wasn't working. Then the WINE
applications like office word worked perfectly but slow (graphically). I then
reinstall my ati driver correctly and now FGLRX driver load correctly, BUT I
now have black screen that appear when I scroll.
It might be only some part of the screen at first but if I scroll further, the
whole screen gets black. In fact, not the whole screen but just the scrolling
part. The only way to get the screen back is to minimize and then maximize the
application.
