It's in preferences and pointed by red arrow. Notice that blue arrow shows that other one is fixed in current git (wine-1.2-rc1-142-ga72f3f3), so maybe we can't have them all transparent. Maybe this could be marked as regression, but doing a regression test when there is everyday change would not be useful (speculation: failing commit showing non-existing code or code heavily changed??). This bug is consistent from MAMEUIFX32 0.126 till 0.127u8 from WINE 1.1.18 till 1.1.20. It's still possible to choose a different directory via the "reference" button. This used to work well with Firefox 8.0. When Firefox upgrades itself to 9.0.1 (which it does for me since January 2012), I get a message The program firefox.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close... and the Firefox window is not opened. The terminal shows wine: Unhandled illegal instruction at address 0x1a4000b (thread 0025), starting debugger... I can then restore Firefox from a backup, and all is well for awhile.
