i always configured font link for the font Arial, Tahoma, SimSun etc to display
chinese font, but still sometimes show some incorrect fonts which i dont know
what font used.
so to make it simpler maybe can make a common fontlink regkey/value like
"deffontlink"="wqy-microhei.ttc", no need to reg Arial, Tahoma, SimSun etc
anymore. if can not find a special font to correctlly rendrring then find from
deffontlink regkey.

sudo apt-get install wine-staging=4.0buster
Problem is in the wine-staging server. Please check.

GTA / Grand Theft Auto IV (1.0.8.0) doesn't get past the initial R* splash
screen to the game menu. There's only a black screen that cannot be exited
unless switching to a virtual console and killing all wine processes.
This happens both in wine 3.0.4 and 4.0.
All libraries are internal, except for MS VC++ 2005 redistributable.
No wine prefix options nor 'export' flags.

--- Comment #32 from Felix Zielcke <fzielcke(a)z-51.de> ---
I played now a bit around with a virtual desktop.
Winamp Library was shown again with my usual wineprefix.
I think this is related to this bug:
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15346
If you don't move the Winamp windows around there's no problem with the library
showing.

I have currently Wine 4.0-rc2 (Staging) running.
And Winamp 5.8 with classic skin.
On a fresh Wineprefix the Library shows without problems.
But somehow it broke in my default Wineprefix and doestn't show there anymore.

You figure it out I am going to play eve on windows now
Using new Wine4.0 Development version
Ran Wine installer on windows installation file.exe
No error messages on installation.
Attempt to execute Eveonlinelauncher
Error in QtWebEngineProcess.exe
Occasionally opens and updates, usually does not open with error message
Tedious, unpolished software. Too many dependencies not included or configured
to OS. Brand new install of Ubuntu 18.04. Wine 4.0 installed using specified
setting on web page for OS specific. Wine-gecko and wine-mono installer
prompted and installed with error messages. Sloppy at best. I am glad I have a
windows partition. Attached is log-file for you wizards to interpret.
