Hello, I am still little new to ubuntu linux and also still like to use some of my windows i like on ubuntu but there r bugs. I was wondering if some could help me out with some good info of how to debug some wine programs. I am good and fast learner and i do alot with computers. I see u always looking for new winehq people to help fix things and if some can help out i love to help debug all the windows program for wine. Well i don't know if this right person to send this to but only email i found and thank u for reading all of this. your friend

Hotel ready for booking

Okay, folks, we've got the Wineconf hotel set up now. The key is to call the hotel directly and ask for the Wineconf rate; we have a reduced rate of $99/night for the weekend. After the weekend, the price will jump, so if you wish to stay more than a few days, you may want to shop around a bit. Note for non US residents - $99 is the price without tax, so the total price will likely be 10% or so higher after the taxes are added. I've updated the Wiki page, and Andrew Balfour added some travel info. The Hotel phone number is 1-612-332-6800. Cheers, Jeremy

Tonight's diner

Tonight diner is at the Bistrot des Vosges restaurant at 19h: 31, Boulevard Beaumarchais 75004 Paris For those who are interested Elisabeth can lead you to walk around the area. This will leave from the lobby at about 17h15 and will get back to the hotel before we then leave to the restaurant. So for everybody the plan is to meet in the lobby at 18h45 in the hotel lobby. If you are a Wineconf participant, your breakfast has been paid for. Just tell them you're with 'Libre Wine'. Note that we'll be starting at 9:00 in the Mozart room. Tips for those arriving at Wineconf

- if you're flying into Charles de Gaul airport, bring 8 euros *in coins* for the train ticket into town - don't exchange much money at the airport, the exchange rate is terrible. $50 gets you 28 euros. (Supposedly ATMs and credit cards are the way to go, although most places don't like US credit cards because they lack chips.) - If you forget a US power adapter for your laptop, you can get a simple one for 7 euros at Bazar D'Electricite, 34 Boulevard Henri IV, a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. - the hotel wireless is ok, but voip/p2p/streaming are forbidden, and has a 200MB/day limit.

Last chance to send in your PGP keys

Unless we can find a printer at the hotel, I will have to print all the keys right before I leave my sister's house toward the hotel, this evening. This means that any key not sent to me by 5pm local time might be left out of the key signing party itself.
