It seems that they are related to a point in an app retrieving a web url. It may be using the objects that IE6 and everything else uses for retrieving a web page. My encounter with it tonight was after doubleclick on a listview to pop up a separate window that shows a text only news article. So I suspect that this window is using one of the class objects that can retrieve a web page, or a class object that presents an htmlview view object (mfc). The app required external source of mfc42.dll to run, as it was not provided by the installer program.
