Game runs fine with wine version 0.9.56, but with version 0.9.57 it runs slow. It runs slow with current wine (rc2) version. I am using ATI Radeon X1600 on Gentoo 2.6.25.4 . The same problem is on 2.6.21.5 kernel. I am using 8.493 fglrx driver version. The file is called netfxsbs10.exe not 20, as stated in comment #31, I just didn't realize that it's not the same number at that time. Sorry for the mistake.
