The first problem I noticed was that opening an existing image from the initial "what do you want to do" splash dialog works, but doesn't draw the unused part of the document window with background, leaving large remnants of the "what do you want to do" dialog hanging around. Running the game under Mandriva 2008 32 & 64 bit, and Ubuntu 7.04/7.10 32 & 64 bit with wine versions ranging from 0.9.44 to 0.9.58 all eventually render the game unplayable, with high levels of packet loss from saturating my upstream bandwidth. This is a common complaint on the ubuntuforums and in the appdb.
