The bug is still present in 0.9.44, but the error dialog presents more infos:
Feature Transfer Error
Feature: Supreme Commander
Component: sounds_german
File: z:\mnt\floppy\data2.cab
Error: Invalid Parameter
I installed the english version. I don't know why it needs sound_german.

Still doesn't work in ePSXe. Now is always going to the left instead of
forward. Got some aspi errors too:
err:aspi:SCSI_GetDeviceName Could not open HKLM\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\Scsi\Scsi
Port 1\Scsi Bus 0\Target Id 7\Logical Unit Id 6

>Extended features list of 2.1 version contains an entry "many bug fixes", which
>makes me think that Foxit part of this bug is fixed.
As Foxit 2.0 runs fine in windows, there wasn't "a bug" in Foxit, it's still
a bug in wine...
>Is this wine bug worth to be closed (at least resolved)?
No, many other apps suffer from this bug too.

Created an attachment (id=8014)
--> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=8014)
Don't unload libraries for components loaded as "Both" immediately
These two patches should implement the same behaviour as native DCOM. However,
there still appears to be one or more bugs in other modules that this patch is
just hiding. The most recent log with builtin dlls showed a crash in
winealsa.drv, probably caused by a thread that was still running code in
winealsa.drv after it was unloaded.
