This was a BC++ 4.5 CD I bought years ago. The system I use is SusE 9.2 Desktop (hoping to upgrade to Pro soon) and the latest wine cvs. There was no debugging information available as the system hung, so I could not access the shell window I started the install from. The ones in the list were based on filtering out "known bad" calls from a sample relay trace until I felt it was useful again. By known bad I mean calls that very rarely or never cause problems and don't give useful information, but do create huge amounts of traffic. Please feel free to adapt the list to meet your chosen defaults though :) thanks -mike

Print unicode strings in tests

Hi, I'd like to print unicode-strings in some tests (for debugging purposes). The following however does not show nice output on wine (it does on windows): static const WCHAR dataW[] = {'S','o','m','e',' ','d','a','t','a',0}; UNICODE_STRING usdata = { sizeof(dataW)-sizeof(WCHAR), sizeof(dataW), (LPWSTR)dataW }; trace("Length is %d\n", usdata.Length); trace("Maximum Length is %d\n", usdata.MaximumLength); trace("The strings is %ls\n", usdata.Buffer); Our trace doesn't seem to be able to cope with %ls (or %S). The problem is probably that GDI isn't pre-loaded, which is the case for 32-bit apps now that GDI no longer needs the local heap.
