accessing WRT binaries on the web

I've seen the new driver yesterday, and I'll update it ASAP, but I don't expect it to fix this issue. This not a problem with Wine resource compiler. wrc correctly compiles russian resources in my linux system with en_US locale, so I presume that all other languages should be handled correctly as well. If that's not the case for microsoft's rc, I'd consider it a bug in their tool. -- Dmitry.

Unfortunately Mike's patch http://wiki.winehq.org/Make_SetThreadContext_work_properly does not work properly. I have tried to fix it for some time, but to no avail. The problem seems that it always returns the same address for eip. I think it is 0xffffe410. The best way to test that would be winedbg. It always goes back to that address even when doing stepi.
